I have enjoyed this cava, which is not usual. It is much better than the previous one. In addition, I have also enjoyed the label. It's plenty of information :-) (a main problem of most cavas is that you never know if it is new or too much old for consumption)

This is a good example of a typical cava that I have not enjoyed. Nevertheless it is quite famous due to the wedding of a King's daughter...

Barciño cava

This is just marketing. While it is true that the roman name of Barcelona is Barcino, we never used in Catalan the awful "ñ" letter, which does not exist in latin language.
I guess that they try to use this letter in order to sound more "spanish". It's a shame.

Same label that rosat Artium brut. The difference can be seen in the rear label and in the neck. Obiously the taste is also different. This one is sweet. To be sincere, I prefer this sweet cava than the brut one. Outstanding product for 4,9 eur per bottle.

This is a very nice cava. Although I do not like cava, I always made an exception with rosé one, and this one offers a very good quality/price ratio. It has some texture and density. Higher than "normal" cava. Very nice color, and very friendly people at the "cooperativa d'Artes". You will pay 4,9 EUR per bottle at their cellar, and even more, you will enjoy the visit, if you have chance to go there. Worth to visit it at taste for free all their products!

This is a rosé cava that tastes quite similar to "normal" cava. Anyway it has a subtile difference, probably due to the monastrell grape, which is not usual in cava.
I must say again that I do not like cava too much...

this is a special cava made for carnival with a very nice turqoise colour. Unfortunately there is no label so I cannot provide any reference. The taste is the same than a classical one.

I have been really surprised by this cava. Worth to taste it! specially if you do not have too much expectations when tasting a cava.
