This is an OUTSTANDING japanese restaurant that was already commented in this blog. This time I had chance to taste the sampling menu. It has been an amazing experience for 60,3 EUR per person + drinks + tea

french oyster with sake:
meat with fresh tomato:

sardines with albahaca:

calamar, salmon, toro, "navajas",...

gambes de Palamos:

meat with mushrooms in a vieira shell (look at the fire under the shell):

dessert (made with rice and cream):

Tea (I was not satisfied with this green tea)
