Specially interesting is the wine tasting room. It even includes different illumination colors, and a special device for studying the combination of wines and meals. :-)
worth to mention that most of the bottles are from the Somontano DO because the expert comes from this area.
This is a hotel that includes a restaurant and a school. They offer fix price menu for 13 eur including drinks and another menu for 18 (without drinks). I tasted this last menu, which includes 3 dishes plus dessert (as well as a very nice cocktail and a starter that I have not included in the photos). You fill find the exact menu here.
The quality, quantity, service and the restaurant is worth to visit, if you are in Sant Pol de Mar
