Seattle microbreweries
If we speak about countries which are good beer produces, you won’t imagine than USA is among them. Unfortunately I do not have photos, but believe me, Seattle is a paradise for those who love beer. It is plenty of microbreweries that produce its own beer. Very high quality!

Estrella de plata
This is a tribute to an outstanding place, which unfortunately does not exist any more.
In my humil oppinion, it was the highest level of quality. It was not cheap, but not as expensive as some people remember.
Unfortunately, I do not have photos of the dishes, but I have a copy of one receipt from year 2000 (it is in pesetas. 1 EUR=166,386 pesetas)

Caru Cu Bere
Caru Cu Bere
C/ Strada Stauropoleos 3 Bucharest, Romania
This is a nice restaurant in Bucarest http://www.carucubere.ro/ Unfortunately I do not have photos of the dishes, but you can appreciate the outstanding beautiness of the place. In Romania I was really impressed, for instance, due to the quality of the tomatos filled up with cheese or aubergine. Plenty of flavour! It seems to me that they do not put any chemistry in the vegetables. They are more natural. I do recommend this country!

Heuriger & sturm, Vienna
Heuriger is the name given to many Austrian wine-drinking locales where patrons can experience Gemütlichkeit. Originally only the most recent year's wine was served at such an establishment. Heurig means this year's (as an adjective) in Austrian German.
A special way of consuming wine, the Heuriger, has developed in Vienna due to the vineyards being so close to the city. Visitors will recognise the real Viennese wine tavern from the Buschen, a bunch of pine tree branches, and the sign hanging in front of the vineyard's entrance, which signifies that the vintner is entitled to sell home-made wines. Only vineyards which have harvested their wine in or around Vienna may call themselves Heuriger (that means wine tavern). It is prohibited to add grapes or wine that were bought. Wine taverns, also called Buschenschanken, may be open all year round. It depends on the licence what kind of food may be served, and there must always be a self-service buffet. Wine, however, is served to the tables. At present, there are 170 wine taverns in Vienna.
On the one hand Heuriger refers to the wine tavern where wine is served, on the other hand it is the name used for this year's wine. This new wine becomes old wine, called Alter, after November 11, Saint Martin's Day, which means that the new wine which has turned from Most (must) to Sturm (crackling young wine) to Staubiger has matured.
Wine served in wine taverns is usually the so-called Gemischter Satz or blend, which means that different grape varieties are harvested and pressed together and it always depends on the vintner's know-how to achieve a nice blend. Cuvée is the result of the blending of different wines. Today, pure wine varieties are frequently offered. Wine is also increasingly sold in Bouteillen (0,75 litres bottles) or served in 125 milliliter glasses.
At the same street of this business card (see below) you will find dozens of this kind of restaurants. It is worth to visit.

Sansueña cheese
I have one theory: according to quality/price ratio, cheese is better than ham. You can buy a very good cheese for 20 eur/Kg or even less, but you need to pay much more for a good ham. This a tribute to a very outstanding sheep cheese from Zamora http://www.lacteaszamoro.com/
