La Escalinata

This is an elegant bar in Teruel that offers very good quality tapas. The owner is from Sevilla, and this is probably a good motivation for the high level tapas. "Cazon en Adobo" was outstanding. The "puntas" (similar to chipiriones) are also really good. The "patatas bravas" are quite normal, nothing special, but I must confess that I was unable to eat good "patatas bravas" in Teruel.
