This is a nice product. Quite similar to ham but different taste. stronger and less delicate. In fact, it is produced in a similar way than ham, but instead of pork, it is made from caw or horse. Normally caw, such as this one in the photograp.
It seems to be very a appreciated meal in Czech Republic, if it were available there...
