This is an outstanding DO Jerez Cellar. I tasted three very good sweet wines:

• Moscatel soleado
• Pedro Ximenez
• Pedro Ximenez Solera Familiar

Surprisingly the moscatel was the wine that most impressed me,although the PX is also great. About this highest level, PX Solera familiar, has the strongest wood taste that I have ever felt in a PX wine. Produced by the solera method, it has a solera of 100 years.
According to them, they provide their wines to the best restaurant in the world: El Bulli.
