Gran Colegiata
Similar price to my previous post, Elias Mora Semicrianza. This is also a great wine. Although the texture of Elias Mora is much better, this one has an OUTSTANDING post-taste. After drinking a small portion, all the flavours return to your mouth in a wonderful way. Only few wines are able to produce this nice feeling. Congratulations to my friend Emilio Fariña. I hope to see him again next year at Alimentaria.
