Although the name is not very glamurous, this is an OUTSTANDING wine. Worth to taste it. The unique inconvenience is the price, which is around 38 EUR.
This is a wine with wonderful texture and body, outside of the rioja mainstream. May be this is not a surprise. Eguren family is also the producer of an outstanding DO Toro wine: Numanthia. One of these days, I am going to comment about it...
