This is an outstanding and cheap cheese from Rueda (Valladolid)
they produce the following set of cheeses:
Queso Semicurado de Oveja La Quesera de Rueda.
Queso Media Curación de Oveja Etiqueta Oro
Queso Curado de Oveja Gran Reserva.
Queso Viejo de Oveja La Quesera de Rueda.
Tarros de queso en Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra de 500 grs y 1000 grs.

Unfortunately, last time I couldn't buy the strongest one (viejo, which is my favourite one) and I had to buy the next level: Curado. 10,60 EUR per Kg. Really cheap! there are dozens of more expensive cheeses that do not offer this outstanding quality. It's a bargain!
