This is the menu we had in "Les Ginesteres". For sure the best place in the world for mushroom lovers ;-)
We were three people and we paid 36 EUR per person. We shared three starters (I strongly recommend this option), 1 main course per person, two desserts, and emilio Moro resalso (red wine), which is an excellent option for this kind of menu. Score: 10/10
the place is also so beautiful that I will post a second text about the restaurant and the surroundings.


starters:
Croquetes de bolets

rossinyols del temps saltejats amb alls tendres

trompetes de la mort amb micuit de foie

main course:

home-chicken

botifarra negra amb saltejat de bolets

civet de senglar amb bolets

dessert (1 dish per person)

I asked about the texture of the icecream, because although the taste was great the texture was a little bit "escarchada". In fact this is because it is a home-made icecream without chemistry. In order to avoid this phenomena, you need to add preservatives. They don't do that!
