A good way to keep the white wine cold (or slightly chill the red wine in summer) without using the annoying box with ice, is a wine cooler. This device contains a special liquid inside a plastic deformable recipient. In this case, you can find “cheap” and “expensive” products. The price ratio between them is about four times (4 EUR to 16 EUR). Nevertheless, this is only half of the history. Cheap products cannot suffer -20 ºC without suffering freezing. This means that they do not contain a special liquid, as they should do (probably they are filled up with regular water + colorant ). In this case, the problem is that once upon frozen, you cannot blend the cooler and it is almost worthless unless you wait for de-freezing.
