Inèdit Damm, the beer of Ferran Adrià

Today I have tasted Inèdit, the new beer of Damm. theoretically this beer has been designed for lunches, in order to replace wines. In my humil opinion, this is a quite standard beer. Nothing special. Soft flavor, soft taste, and large amount of marketing due to the most famous cooker in the world, Ferran Adrià. In my opinion, it is a flat beer. Good in summer, when you are thirsty. Wine makers can breathe normally. This is like the other beers (in any case, even worse), and it will not be able to compete with wine!

Of course with you, but this beer is like as Estrella, that is the best seller in catalonia. The estrella consummators don’t like beers too hard. The idea of inèdit is when you are in the restaurant you can drink a beer different of the 33cl bottles, and also thin it is thinking for consummators that drink white wine, but they doesn’t love. Unfortunate there are a big quantity of people who doesn’t like wine or doesn’t can understand wine, and thins is the market that they search.
Also is a beer correct beer with a correct price, we can’t compare with Belgium beers (chimay, st brnards…)
